How do I make a Payment Protection claim?

Although it’s very rare for something to go wrong, here’s what to do if you’re unable to gain access to the property and have exhausted efforts to resolve the matter with the property owner:

  • Call us on the first day of your rental period (as stated in your booking confirmation email) on +44 (0)20 3752 4637 

Remember: to qualify for Payment Protection you must have paid online through our payment platform for a property with a Payment Protection logo. Read the full terms.
