Where do I make the balance payment?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking or your Rental inbox and click Pay now.
You can pay via credit or debit card, or with PayPal. If you’re being directed to PayPal and you want to pay by card, select Checkout as guest at the bottom of the page.

Will you collect my balance payment automatically? 

If you paid by debit or credit card, don’t worry – we’ll automatically charge the balance payment to the same card 10 days before it’s due. Go to 
Manage my holiday booking to see when the payment will be taken.
We’ll send you a reminder email 5 days before we charge your card, so if you’d like to make the payment sooner or use a different card, click Pay balance now on your reminder email or follow the instructions in 
Manage my holiday booking.
If you paid your booking deposit with PayPal, the balance payment will not be charged automatically. Check your balance due date and make your payment by going to 
Manage my holiday booking or your Rental inbox and clicking Pay Now.

What happens if the automatic payment fails? 

Should the automatic charge fail, we’ll let you know via email so you can make the payment manually. We'll also let you know how much time you have  to make the balance payment.
